ILE MOŻE WYNIEŚĆ DOPŁATA W RAMACH PROGRAMU MdM ?
10% - singiel/małżeństwo bezdzietne
15% - małżeństwo /singiel z 1 dzieckiem
+ 5% małżeństwo, któremu w ciągu 5 lat urodzi się trzecie lub kolejne dziecko

% wysokość dopłat NIE JEST liczona od ceny Lokalu
Dopłaty są liczone odpowiednio od ceny odtworzeniowej m2 oraz wysokości kapitału pozostałego do spłaty.
