Grupy Salezjańskiego Ruchu Młodzieżowego swój udział w ŚDM zgłaszają rejestrując się jako podgrupa w makrogrupie DON BOSCO SYM.

Rejestracja obejmuje dwa etapy:

Etap I – utworzenie podgrupy. W tym celu należy wypełnić FORMULARZ REJESTRACJI zamieszczony poniżej.

Po uzyskaniu danych zamieszczonych w formularzu sekretariat w Krakowie utworzy w systemie rejestracji ŚDM grupę w ramach makrogrupy DON BOSCO SYM1, po czym z systemu, na wskazany adres e-mail, zostanie wysłana wiadomość z linkiem umożliwiającym dokończenie rejestracji

Etap II – uzupełnianie danych grupy

Po otrzymaniu wiadomości email odpowiedzialny ma 72 godziny, aby korzystając z przesłanego linka uzupełnił dane rejestracyjne grupy według formularza zamieszczonego na stronach SDM. Proces rejestracji wyjaśnia tutorial, z którym należy się zapoznać pod tym linkiem.

Można zarejestrować grupę w inny sposób (razem z diecezją lub indywidualnie) lecz w tym przypadku nie będziemy mieli wpływu na miejsce lokalizacji noclegu.

Grupy które już są zarejestrowane, a chcą mieszkać na terenie naszych parafii muszą skontaktować się z sekretariatem w celu omówienia procesu przeniesienia grupy do makrogrupy SYM.

Instrukcja

Podgrupa może liczyć maksymalnie 150 osób. Jeżeli grupa danej inspektorii jest większa trzeba zarejestrować drugą podgrupę (musi być zgłoszony inny odpowiedzialny oraz inny adres email) Członkowie podgrupy muszą wybrać ten sam język katechez i ten sam rodzaj pakietu.

Jeżeli rejestrowana podgrupa obejmuje młodzież z całej inspektorii w polu PLACÓWKA proszę wpisać Inspektoria. Jeżeli rejestrowana podgrupa objemuje młodzież z części inspektorii (są rejestrowane inne podgrupy z tej samej inspektorii) w polu PLACÓWKA proszę wpisać nazwę placówki, do której należy odpowiedzialny za podgrupę.
