Obie strony zobowiązują się, że wszystkie informacje uzyskane w ramach wzajemnej współpracy na podstawie niniejszej umowy a które mogą naruszać interesy jednej ze stron, nie będą ujawniane stronie trzeciej lub przekazywane w sposób otwarty.
